Grilled Zucchini and Squash

Reviewed on May 8, 2008 by Puddle Jumper
These were really good! Did have to cook a little longer than 20 mins., more like 25 mins. but I know that times tend to vary. Will definitely make again! Oh, and you got to watch out for dripping butter when you take the foil off the grill.

White Chocolate Cake

Reviewed on Apr. 23, 2008 by Nici
This white chocolate flavor in this cake was easy to recognize. It is not a light cake- the texture was dense and moist. If you want to cool down your melted chocolate mix quickly, set the saucepan in a bowl of ice water. I was able to use it right away.

Creamy Vanilla Pudding

Reviewed on Apr. 23, 2008 by Nici
I followed the recipe exactly- it turned out smooth and creamy, no clumps at all. Make sure the cornstarch is well mixed into the egg yolks and milk. I stirred the hot mixture as I added the cornstarch/milk/yolk mix. Maybe this is what kept clumps from forming? I will definitely make this again!
