About me:
I'm in my early 30s and spend most of my time caring for my family and home. When the weather is nice, I'm usually outside doing yardwork; my daughter would tell you, "Mommy loves to pull weeds!" For other fun I teach yoga, swim lessons, and water aerobics. My daughers who are 3 and 6 love to help in the kitchen. I'm vegetarian and am always looking for new recipes that will delight my family. My best friend's mom is my inspiration; a true artist, everything she makes is beautiful as well as delicious: she says her husband won't eat it if it doesn't look good!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING 1 BATCH. Double up the recipe. I made 2 changes. I substituted half of the flour for Bob's Whole Wheat Pastry Flour & omitted the fork & sugar bit. KEEPER

Excellent! My entire family loved it and it was really easy to make. I think I will add a little more mozzarella next time as I like lots of stringy cheese in my italian dishes :)

Six Week Bran Muffins

Absolutely perfect. Almost an exact replica of my mom's recipe from when I was a kid. So yummy and moist and they are so easy to keep in the fridge and make whenever you want fresh muffins!
