About me:
Hi there! My name is Marsha. I am a mother to two boys of my own and two step children (boy and girl). My husband and I will be celebrating our 3yr anniversary on Valentines day this year(2005) We met off of a dateing site called Kiss. He lived on the west coast and I was from the east coast. Some other things about me are: I love cooking and searching for new recipes every chance I can get. I love to travel when I can. Creeks and waterfalls are one of my passions.I love hearing the water flow over rocks and hear the splashing of water falling from above (including rain on a tin roof) My favorite cooking channel is Food Network and the chefs I usually watch are Paula Dean,Emeril Live and Rachel Ray. Paula is my favorite, she is a southern cook as I concider myself as.

Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze

Reviewed on Jul. 10, 2009 by Patti
This was so visually pretty coming off the grill I could only hope it would taste good too. Well this deserves a definite ride on the "hot tamale train" for sure. OMG the perfect mix of spicy and sweet. I did add just a small amt. of chipotle chili powder also and I thought the heat level was spot on. The leftover glaze was so good for dipping. I love the lime in this and next time just might put some more in but I had a small lime. There were lots of smiles all around while eating this. Served it with Parmesan crusted asparagus from AR and Shitake Mushroom Brown Rice from Food Network. It was good too. A 5-star recipe and a 5-star meal. Thanks Pork Board!!

Lime Pear Gelatin Salad

Reviewed on Jul. 6, 2009 by Patti
This was a good jello salad. Kids enjoyed it and didn't even realize it was low-fat sugar-free ingredients. I used raspberry jello. Will save this recipe to make again. Thanks!
