Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

YUMMY! My husband told me I need to make mashed potatoes like this every time! I used Parmesan cheese since it was the only cheese I had and it tasted really good. I made it as a side for the Pirate's Pork Chops and it was way too much flavor. It should be made with something that has a bland flavor.

Grilled Salmon I

My husband, who previously said he only likes "lemon pepper salmon", LOVED this! I did too- I love the sweet mixed with salty, and the flavor is just perfect. I have not enjoyed salmon this much in a long time. The only thing I did differenly is bake the fillets in foil packets, as I'm not good with a grill. Wonderful recipe!
