Grilled Marinated Shrimp

UPDATE: I cooked these for our 4th of July party and I had people lining up for more. EVERYONE said they were the best shrimp they have ever had. So good! SO GOOOOOOD!! I have been looking for a shrimp recipe that resembled that of Outback Steakhouse's shrimp that comes with the "No Rules Pasta". This hit it spot on if not better!!! I think I'll use ketchup next time becuase I have wasted plenty of tomatoe paste by using it only for this and nothing else! But It is delicious!

French Toast I

I don't usually eat French Toast but my boyfriend loves it and begged me to make him some. I used this recipe and he loved it, and surprisingly, I liked it too. I love the cinnamon and nutmeg in it. Tastes great!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

WOW! These fries are literally the very best I have ever had in my life! Absolutely NO exaggeration! I was a little uneasy when I added water to the flour mixture, and I needed far more than 1/2 cup of water to make it liquid, so do not be worried if you end up with what looks like tartar sauce, because it ends up to be absolutely PERFECT!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

My three favorite things, Tortellini pasta, Spinach and CHEESE! I did the original recipe adding more cheese of course because I love it. The only thing I really changed was that I minced the garlic and chopped the onions fresh instead of getting a mixed can of diced tomatoes, onions and garlic. It was REALLY good! Everyone enjoyed it, therefore I am satisfied.

Soft Onion Breadsticks

these tasted okay, but not that great. I followed the recipe, but did not coat them in egg and add the poppy seeds or seasame seeds. They tasted like mini loaves of french bread, and didn't have that soft breadsticky consistency. For all the work, not worth the end result, I'd rather just make a normal loaf of bread. I won't make them again.

Fantastic Gorgonzola and White Wine Cheese Ball

I'm not a huge Gorgonzola fan, but the party ate this right up! Easy to make and great presentation. Was a hit with all the blue cheese fans out there.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread

Great recipe, a little dry but worth it for being low fat! I'd make again, but am still looking for that perfect banana bread that's not too sweet, not too dry, doesn't burn on the edges just perfect. This was close, but not quite the one.

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

Everyone in my family loved this recipe. Though my sister did say that it tasted too much like the Romano cheese so maybe I'll cut back on it next time and just use more Parm. I did use a squirt of lemon like some reviewers suggested to break down the cheese and put in a few different seasonings. I did make a lot so I had to keep some in the fridge over night but it didn't break down as bad as I thought it would and was still good for the next day. It was really good, and I will be making it again really soon! Thank you for this recipe!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

very awesome. I make them exactly how the recipe stated. They taste good fresh and even the next day! They are so good. My whole family eats them all up so fast! They melt in your mouth. This is definitely a regular.
