Chococonut Chip Cookies

Reviewed on Apr. 20, 2008 by hottestmomever
My family and myself ADORED these cookies! My husband was even so proud, he took a batch to the guys in his platoon! The only adjustment I made was adding a half cup of butter more and a 2oz bag of split almonds! Yummy and fool proof to make!

Chicken Sopa

Reviewed on Apr. 14, 2008 by hottestmomever
This recipe is good but I as well as others changed it up a bit. I omitted the Mushroom soup and replaced it with Campbells Cream of chicken Verde. I also omitted the chicken broth for fear of it being to runny. And lastly, instead of 1 cup of cheese I used about 4 cups of pre-shredded pepper jack cheese and chopped green onions and black olives on top. My family loved it! Easy and quick!

Garlic Mashed Potatoes Secret Recipe

Reviewed on Mar. 16, 2008 by Kerri Bear
I scaled these down to 5 servings for my family of 6 and we barely ate half of them. They were just ok to my family. No one would eat them plain so I ended up making up a quick batch of country gravy to pour over the top. My husband and I didn't mind them this way but the kids still wouldn't touch them. This is something I would probably never make again.
