About me:
I work full-time outside the home I share with my daughter, husband and 3 cats. I love to cook, but don't always have time with our busy schedules. We try to have dinner together most nights. We also enjoy entertaining and trying new recipes.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

Reviewed on jun. 11, 2009 by BBOMB
My husband was in hog heaven! He didn't use the dip, but slathered them with horseradish and yummed them right down. They reminded him of a sandwich that he ate growing up in Western NY called a Beef on Wick. Thanks!

Wow. Very good. Quintessential tuna melt. Only change we made was to use 2 pieces of bread and grill it in a sandwich press.

Val's Hungarian Jewish Chopped Liver

Reviewed on jun. 11, 2009 by BBOMB
This was very good. I made the full version as written, And the instructions are great and it came out yummy. My mother-in-law makes a simpler version with only butter, onion, chicken livers, eggs, paprika and salt/pepper.
