This was my first time making this dough. I do love it, but suggest a few small changes. Next time I make this, I will add seasonings to the dough, I reccomend others do the same. I also took the time to dissolve the yeast, allowed for the dough to rise, and took the time to knead it. If you prefer a light, bread-like dough....kneading and rise time are key.
