Cheesecake Topped Brownies

Reviewed on May 11, 2008 by COOKINCHRISSY
These brownies were very easy to make. However, the taste just wasn't there. They weren't very sweet, and ultimately tasted like a box mix with fake frosting on top.

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy

It was definitely easy and quick to make. But my husband and I thought it was a bit on the plain side.

Fettuccine with Sweet Pepper-Cayenne Sauce

Reviewed on Apr. 4, 2008 by COOKINCHRISSY
This dish was amazing! The flavor hits your mouth the moment you put a bite in. I cut the cayenne down to 1/2 tsp and there was still enough spice to make it lively. I used 16 oz regular spaghetti and should have doubled the sauce. The recommendation to use more Parmesan is right on. Plus I used two heaping tbs of pre-minced garlic. I added diced chicken and shrimp to make it more hearty. Will definitely be making this again!
