About me:
I'm from the west coast and slowly learning how to make some Wisconsin Classics (like how to properly make brats). I have not completely abandoned my roots though. I like to make veggie intense recipes and get the boyfriend to expand his horizons. Currently I'm in law school, so whatever it is has to be easy to make and not take a bunch of time.

BREAKSTONE'S Creamy Crustless Quiche

Reviewed on jul. 2, 2009 by Karen_M
This was extremely tasty; I'm so glad because we don't need all the fat, calories, and carbs from the crust in a regular quiche, but the flavour was still there. I made it as written and added some leftover cooked broccoli, and a touch of light cream to the egg mixture. I ate it for dinner with a side of fruit. Very good!

Morning Glory Muffins

Reviewed on jul. 2, 2009 by Karen_M
These were delicious! I made them pretty much as written except to substitute 1/2 whole wheat flour, and I didn't have any coconut. They were moist and light and smelled fabulous as they baked. Couldn't wait to dig in! Made a satisfying lunch with a piece of cheese and some fruit. Thank you!

Italian Sausage Tortellini Soup

Reviewed on jul. 6, 2009 by nymbus
Tasty and delicious! I just used sausage that was already uncased and I also left out the wine because I didn't feel like uncorking an entire bottle. My boyfriend DUG this, he ate four bowls three hours after getting his galbladder removed. Hungry guy, I guess.
