Cinnamon Cream Cheese Pie

I agree with other users that the gelatine gives this recipe a somewhat rubbery mouth feel. I also think that 1 cup of cinnamon chips is a little overpowering (and I love cinnamon). I probably won't be making this one again.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins

Cut sugar to 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup granulated white sugar. Cut fat to 2T. and replace remainder with applesauce. A teaspoon of vanilla punches up the fruity flavors. I don't add coconut, just a personal thing.

Honey Grilled Chicken

Reviewed on Jun. 15, 2009 by MRSKWRIGHT
As written, I would agree that this recipe is on the bland side. I added a dash more lemon juice than called for, heated it on the stove top until the sauce just began to bubble and removed from the heat. I then pre-basted one side of my boneless skinless chicken breasts, sprinkled that side w/ Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb seasoning then laid the sauce side down on the grill. I repeated the basting and seasoning on the other side. I flipped my chicken back and forth on a low grill, basting each side as I turned it until they reached an internal temp of 170. They were juicy and tender, seasoned just right for me, my hubby wanted some salt on his. I will try this one again and I think I'll add some heat w/ a dash of red pepper flakes next time.
