Good 100% Whole Wheat Bread

okay! I am a bread failure and I just succeeded with this recipe! WooHoo! I subbed out real milk in place of the water and dry milk and used real butter! mmmmm Just made sandwiches with it and my almost 6 year old declared it "perfect".

Lemon Bars I

These had a wonderful lemon taste, not too tart, not too sweet. We will mark this recipe as a "keeper". Thanks for a great recipe.

Chicken Marsala

Truly a great dish! I "improved" on it a little myself tho, before dusting your chicken w/ flour, use spices! I added sage, rosemary, garlic and basil. I didn't use the sherry, but insted used a teaspoon of sherry vinegar, and I used a full cup of marsala wine. Also, when I added the wine and vinegar I put in about 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic - amazing!!!
