Truly a great dish! I "improved" on it a little myself tho, before dusting your chicken w/ flour, use spices! I added sage, rosemary, garlic and basil. I didn't use the sherry, but insted used a teaspoon of sherry vinegar, and I used a full cup of marsala wine. Also, when I added the wine and vinegar I put in about 2 tablespoons of chopped garlic - amazing!!!
