This was awesome. Like other reviewers, I added cream/whole milk to make it creamier. I also added some extra veggies like broccoli and it was very hearty. Thanks for the recipe!

Creamy Veggie Fondue

Reviewed: Dec. 13, 2008
I've never even had fondue before so I wasn't sure how this was supposed to turn. It was a little thick, but the flavour was amazing, it was SO good. I made it for a party and everyone loved it. I just threw everything in a slow cooker and let it melt while I was making other stuff for a party.

These were very good. They are very rich and chocolaty tasting. I used dark chocolate chips and white chocolate and they were amazing. Even after a day they are still super chewy and moist. Yum!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Yummy! These were so good! I made them exactly how the recipe is made and they did turn out a bit flat, but were still delicious. Oh, I added half chocolate chips, and half white chocolate, and then some of toffee bits.

Yummy! I made them per the other suggestions with 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white. I also nixed the walnuts and just added white chocolate chips instead.

Pumpkin Flax Quickbread

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2008
This was so yummy! I recently gave up dairy. I used real pumpkin (verses canned) and it was so tasty! I forgot to add the spices in the batter until I'd already poured it in the pan so I just sprinkled some cinnamon on top and it was perfect.

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
This is my go-to cookie recipe. They come out perfectly and are crunchy on the outside and chewy inside. I let them sit in the refrigerator for aout 1/2 an hour or else they go a bit flat. I added 2 cups chocolate( 1 white and 1 semi-sweet) chips instead of 1 cup chips and 1 walnuts. This made them so delicious! I also added less salt than it called for, about 1/4 teaspoon.

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
THESE WERE AMAZING!!! Seriously this is my new favorite cookie recipe, it adds all my fave cookies into one: peanut butter, chocolate chip, and oatmeal! I added 1/3 each of semi-sweet chips, dark chocolate chips, and white chocolate chips (I actually added a little extra dark chocolate chips) I baked them about 11 minutes and they were done perfectly. YUM!

Banana Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2008
These are really tasty. They are quite flavorful with the bananas, blueberries, and cinnamon. My only complaint is they were a bit on the dry/dense side, but hey, they are healthy muffins, what do you expect? I added more blueberries than called for, maybe 1/2 cup more.

YUM! So good! I didn't leave them for the hour it called for, my boyfriend and I were WAY to hungry, but they were still delicious and fluffy. I will make them this morning exactly as it says and see if it makes a difference. I even made one pancake w/out the blueberries a for my boyfriend and he said it tasted just fine.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

This was tasty, I cut the recipe in half and used Turkey bacon to cut down in the fat. I just realized I don't like cooked spinach though...The sauce, with the pepperjack, garlic and sourcream was very tasty and flavorful. And it looked lovely!

Olive Oil Roasted Eggplant with Lemon

You can also use Extra Light Olive Oil instead of Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a lighter olive oil taste to it. Also if you want a little kick to it you can add red pepper flakes before putting in the oven.

So tasty! I didn't have whole garlic, so I just used minced instead and added garlic powder to them as I was mashing them. The Parmesan was a nice touch.
