Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2008
My roommate and I wish we could give this 10 stars! We loved it! They were gone in about 20 minutes. I didn't have a problem with them being soggy at all. Perfectly crisp and moist. Fabulous recipe, thank yo so much!

White Chocolate Fruit Tart

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2008
Great basic recipe! I *quintupled* it for Easter, changed a few things (a bit of ground almonds in the crust, dark chocolate with lemon zest, and a layer of whipped cream under the fruit)and wound up with a fabulous dessert for my workplace! I will utilize this recipe MANY times, at work and for friends/family. Will try a few more changes as well that I have in mind! :) Thanks for sharing this..it's really quite lovely!

Madeleines II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2008
This recipe was easy to follow but I am not sure that this is how Madeleine's cookies are suppose to taste. They came out very light and airy while Madeleine's are suppose to be dense and buttery. Will not make again.

This bread was awesome!!!!!! I brushed the top of it with butter and sprinkled it with fresh ground pepper before serving it warm with olive oil and vinegar to dip in, and it literally disappeared!! =) Yay! It makes the etire house smell delicious while baking...~sigh~ =)

Fruit Pizza I

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2007
Great recipe for kids!! My daughter absolutely loves this one. I made it along with homemade pizza-and when I say homemade, I mean it! Homemade sauce with fresh seasonings and homemade crust with fresh toppings!- and it was all a hit! BIG TIP though! Instead of using sugar to whip with the cream cheese, keep the vanilla and substitute the 1/2 c. sugar with MARSHMALLOW FLUFF!! YUM!! Blend it until smooth and spread over cooled cookie dough. I kept it simple and just added fresh strawberries and blueberries. I would suggest making this treat on the Fourth of July, because mine definitely looked patriotic! =)

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Reviewed: Aug. 20, 2007
I adore hearty, homemade meals, and this pot pie was just that! I chose to make little, individual pot pies, and I had so many left over ( I doubled the recipe) that I froze quite a few and passed them on to friends and family, who raved about them! I sauted the veggies until soft, and pre-cooked the potatoes before adding them. I used a different pastry recipe (a favorite out of my personal recipe collection) and it turned out thick and delicious with a flaky crust that was to die for! I crimped the edges of each crust and slashed the top to let steam escape. They looked like perfect little pies, and they tasted that way too!! A definite favorite!
