Wonderful!! Tasted just like the bakery and I couldn't believe how easy they were.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Very good cookie, but I was disappointed that they didn't stay soft for more than a couple of hours. Maybe I baked them too long. But a quick zap in the microwave cured the problem.

Very good and EASY!! I used Holiday Oreos with red frosting in the middle and they are so pretty! I'm going to put them in Holiday gift baskets. And I'm excited to try the spring and Halloween oreos too.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2009
Wonderful muffins. I'm eating a hot one out of the oven right now. I did use oil instead of melted butter and added a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg to the muffin. Very good! I'm thinking mini loaves for Holiday gifts!!??

Taco Soup

I really like this recipe. If you want more heat, add a little salsa or picante sauce. Or more taco seasoning mix. Salt and pepper to tast. I find adding the chips makes it salty enough.

Corn Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2009
The first time I made this recipe, it was so sweet, I thought I'd added sugar, but didn't remember adding it. A great way to prepare the corn from your garden. A nice alternative to roasting or boiling. It's also great as a snack or a tasty appetizer on toasted rounds.

Cantaloupe Bread with Praline Glaze

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
Wonderful!! I was very skeptical to try this recipe but it turned out so yummy!! I also, cut the oil in half and added a bit more cantaloupe. I added a bit of nutmeg and left off the glaze. Defiantly sweet enough for breakfast without it. My 6 year old told me to double the recipe next time. Great recipe, Thanks!

Zucchini Cornbread Casserole

Delish! I made to accompany dinner last night and to use up a very large zucchini that I received from my neighbors garden. I used a clean towel to squeeze out the excess liquid.

Just like everyone else says - it's quick, it's easy and it's yummy! I did use 2 T of corn starch for a cheesecake and it turned out perfect. Thanks for the recipe.

Sausage Egg Bake

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2009
I followed the recipe as is and I thought it turned out a little runny. I did however enjoy the taste. I think next time I will use less milk, and add the cheese to the top about halfway through. Also a great base recipe to tweak with onions and peppers. Thanks for the recipe Molly it's going into my collection!

Fantastic! I made them with 1 and 1/3 cup agave nectar instead of sugar, and 2.5 cups flour (half of it wheat flour half white). They rose nicely, didn't stick to the baking sheet, and tasted like brownies, but light!

Decadent Chocolate Orange Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 23, 2009
This cake was a huge hit! Follow the instructions for 8" cake pan. I only had 9" available, and now see the difference it will make, especially with cooking time. Also, I added a couple of drops of orange food coloring to get a little more color. The only thing I will definately do differently in the future is to double or even triple the amount of orange cream cheese filling. It was delicious, and wished there was a thicker layer. I also served it with a glass of "Sabra", a chocolate-orange liquor from Israel. I decorated with mandarine oranges, and gold candles as pictured. Was a very pretty dish. The "birthday" girl I baked it for loved it!!!
