Shepherd's Pie

It was good and very easy. I ended up having to half it because there was only 2 of us eating. I shopped up garlic and sauteed it with the beef which gave it a great flavor. My husband is very picky and did not like it so much, but overall I thought it was pretty good.

Pizza Casserole

Reviewed: Oct. 17, 2009
Great recipe and super easy to to add new things =)!! Instead of egg noodles I used whole wheat corckscrew pasta and tossed in a little bit of e.v.o.o. Then instead of hamburger meat i used johnsville italian sausage ready for recipes (its without the casings like hamburger meat but its the italain sausage). Garlic, Onion and some diced tomatoes sauteed with the meat then i added the pepperoni and some cooked bacon pieces =) delicious!!! Also, instead of pizza pizza sauce i used margherita sauce. Before baking I mixed in parm cheese and some crushed red pepper and topped with mozz. montery jack, and some more parm. Came out so great!! Def will make again and can add whatever else =)Thanks so so much!!

Chili Dog Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 6, 2009
Halfed the recipe, used 3 toasted hot dog buns and 5 hot dogs. I tore the hot dog buns after toasting them and placed the crust side up according to the suggestions. Also i just added chopped onion to half because my husband is not a fan of onion. I did use the mustard and it tasted great. The recipe was ok. Next time i need to make some adjsutments because the bread was chewy and kind of hard. maybe just bake the hotsdogs an chili with mustard onions and cheese and serve with a piece of french bread or something. Or maybe just not toast the hotdog buns. Either way i will try it again sometime or another! Tahnks for sharing!!!

awesome!! i make this all the time! It is a must have for holidays and at my friends whenever we all get together!!! i do not add onion at all ( if i do i make sure they are cooked all the way down with butter). I also add more cheese on top for extra goodness. Sometimes i use cream of mushroom too if im out of cream of chicken.. Just as good!!

The flavor of these is pretty good. Not too heavy on the cinnamon. But I found them a little dry though that may have been my fault. I'll definitely try again.

Easy Chicken Rice Casserole

I like to follow the recipes without modifications the first time I make it. Having said that, this dish was just okay, was way to bland for me and my husband. Next time I will take some of the others suggestions and spice it up a little bit.

Baked Potato Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 28, 2008
I have been searching for a potato soup recipe forever, but my search is over! This is an outstanding recipe. I did make a few changes though. I took another cooks advice and boiled my potatoes in 4 cups of chicken broth. Also before I added all my potatoes I processed about a cup in my food processor, this made it the perfect texture and thickness. Great recipe!
