all i have to say is yummy. my boyfriend was in heaven. i also as others suggested cut the sugar to 1 1/2 cups and it turned out perfect.

Chicken Marsala

very good. after browning the chicken and cooking with the marsala wine i removed the chicken added about another 1/2 cup of wine and reduced it down to about half. i then added about 1/4c of heavy cream to the sauce. yummy. served with the sauce over the chicken with some homefried potatoes. yummy

Simple Hamburger Stroganoff

super simple to make. i work nights so i have to make dinner early and set it a side for the kids. so in this receipe i mixed all the ingredients together instead of add the ones to the noodles. that way the kids just cook the noodles and add the stroganoff to the top. they love it so its a keeper
