About me:
I am Multi-Racial. One word to sum up my entire family: "Mutts". Cooking has always been a BIG deal in our family. Everyone knows how to cook! We spend as much time eating, as we do preparing it. I learned how to cook when I was 12 years old. My Father made me stand next to my Mother while she cooked each meal. I make EVERYTHING from scratch. Good cooking is when you create your own dishes with your own spices because not everybody has the same pallate. If the recipe calls for a teaspoon of something, don't be afraid to add a little more of "this and that", a pinch here and there. (After you've followed it for the first time that is). As with everything else, when you cook with love and passion... nothing can go wrong!

Buckeye Balls II

Reviewed on Mar. 5, 2008 by Summer
This has got to be the best combination of chocolate and peanut butter ever!! I have also made these several times and have never altered the recipe, because they turn out perfectly every time. I have been tempted to take the easier route of the 9x9 pan, but I can't bring myself to do it since they look so amazing in ball form. Last time I made them, my fiance and the best man ate the entire plate and said,"these are like Reese's only ten times better."

Easy Hummus

Reviewed on Mar. 5, 2008 by Summer
This Hummus was terrific!! It was super easy to make and also very inexpensive. Next time I make it, I will probably leave out the jalepeno, because even though I removed the seeds, the hummus was just a little too spicy for my liking. Thanks for the recipe, I love it.

Monster Cookies II

Reviewed on Mar. 5, 2008 by Summer
These cookies are GREAT!! I didn't alter anything and they came out perfectly. My fiance and our roommates loved them. They might not be the prettiest cookies but, they aren't ugly, they look just like oatmeal raisin cookies and they are not too chewy and not too crunchy. I will absolutely be making these again.
