Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I didn't make this exactly to recipe, only using whatever spices I had on hand (Spice Hunter's Chef's Shake). It was pretty fantastic. Husband loved it.

Marinated Flank Steak

Reviewed on Apr. 30, 2008 by Lindsay
Very good. My children REALLY liked. It was easy and made a quick week night dinner. I didn't give it 5 stars because I thought that the sauce kind of tasted like balsamic vinegar after marinating for that long. And, I was hoping that this would be a recipe that I could make when guests come over...I guess I was expecting something else. It was still decent, nonetheless. I'd make it again.

Taco Bake

Reviewed on Mar. 31, 2008 by Rachael D'Cameron
This is so good. Far better than I expected! I did take previous suggestions of adding corn and olives, but I also added can of diced tomatoes and a small can of roasted garlic tomatoe sauce instead of the one can of plain tomatoe sauce. I added the same amount of water and followed the recipe exactly otherwise. Thank you for the awesome addition
