Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed on May 28, 2008 by Andie
Did not follow the recipe to a T because I only had regular chili powder and no onion powder. Cooked indoors on my "Griddler" and it came out FABULOUS! Will definitely make again again. Brother in law LOVED it and so did his 18 month old son!

I made this yesterday and it is fabulous. I've never made split pea soup before, but I love rosemary so I wanted to give it a try.

A nice spin on this traditional dish. Too much cinnamon though. Will cut in half next time.
