Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

The first words out of my son's mouth were "OMG this is awesome Mom! This is definitely a 5!" This was so good. I added a few red pepper flakes to the marinade and let it marinade for about 2 hours. I also used whole boneless breasts instead of kabobs. This will definitely be a repeat this summer on the bbq!

Fish in Foil

Love this recipe and have used salmon as well. Also put sauteed sweet yellow and red bell peppers on top of the fish while cooking in the foil which adds great flavor. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Barbeque

My kids loved this and it was so easy. Used an eye round roast as someone suggested for less fat and cooked on low for approx 81/2 hours then shredded beef. Put back into crockpot and added additional Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and cooked for an addition 60 minutes. Served on potato buns. Toasted them with a slice of provolone cheese. YUM!

Insanely Easy Vegetarian Chili

this was ok, but i really didn't like the cumin flavor, no matter how much spices i put in the cumin flavor never went away! i would'nt reccommend it to anyone unless they liked cumin.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This was absolutely delicious! Per other reviewers suggestions, I also floured my roast and browned it before adding it to the slow cooker. I also only used one can of soup and substituted beef broth for the water. I added a bag of baby carrots and diced yukon gold potatoes about 2 hours before the roast was done. It does make a ton of gravy which did need to be thickened with a little flour and water. The meat was fall apart tender and my kids were in heaven. This is definitely a keeper!

Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

Excellent chili! I used the recommended amount of jalapenos and chilis and found it to be the perfect amount of spice, however, I do like spicey. I substituted one can of black beans for a can of white and simmered for an hour. It is very hearty and the flavor is awesome! Will definitely be making this again in the very near future!
