German Chocolate Fudge

My family couldn't keep their hands off of this, which we all know means...exactly what you want from a recipe!! It set fairly quickly, but not quick enough for us, so I froze it for 20 minutes or so to be able to eat it sooner.

Perfect Sesame Chicken

WOW!...my family is raving!...for sure cut down on the sugar...I doubled the recipe and used 1 1/2 cups sugar instead of 2...this is just as good as any we have ever had in a restaurant...we did not have the wine, so I just used water and it worked out just fine...yummy!!!

Mom's Zucchini Bread

THis dough is pliable and near-impossible to mess up. I've tried so many recipes for dough that taste good but tear or are difficult to roll. This is easy to roll out and is yummy!

Five Minute Ice Cream

I loved this so much! I added about 1/2 cup more cream to get the instant consistensy I wanted, and that's all I changed. It also hardens nicely in the freezer, if you can hold back from eating it right away! Delicious.

These are really yummy! Absolutely delicious and special. I did have an issue with gooeyness, but only in the center. I cut & removed (to our mouths!) the entire outer strip, then put the remaining amount back in the oven for another 15 minutes. A little extra effort, yes, I know. Totally worth it!!
