Mom's Zucchini Bread

THE BEST EVER! My mom and her mom must have been friends cause this is the same recipe that has been in my family for years! I add lots of cinnamon, a little nutmeg and a little more zucchini then required. (my own little spin) I make this at least once a month and turns out great every time. (Note: If you add more zucchini, may cook longer due to moisture)
