Bat Wings

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2009
I variate the ingredients just a tad. I use minced garlic, onion powder and just a small dash of season salt. My husband and friends LOVE these. I normally have to make 2 dozen wings worth to satisfy just 2-3 people. Haha.

This recipe is so good. Even when I adapt it for my dietary needs (egg replacer, flour replacer) it still works out so well!

Hot Cocoa Mix

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2009
This recipe was a really good base recipe for the cocoa I had wanted. To make it richer I added more cocoa powder and more powdered sugar. It was a hit! The people I gave it to said it was the best they've ever had.

This was so good. I only used one cup broth. I chopped the chicken, before cooking, and served over pasta. I also served some of the sauce over veggies, it was good.

Creamy Lemon Chicken Soup

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
I thought this was great soup. 1/2 my family liked it and 1/2 didn't. I think it had to do with the lemon flavor. I cooked my rice seperately for those on the low carb diet.

Sausage Mushroom Quiche

Reviewed: Jun. 15, 2009
My family loved this. I only used 1/2 lb mushrooms because thats all I had. I also added 1 more egg and used only 1/2 cup 1/2 & 1/2. I cooked for 35-40 minutes. (I also precooked the shell for about 5 minutes, before adding the ingredients. Will make again for a breakfast casserole.

These were good, and I would make them again with some changes. They needed something else... mostly salt and pepper, the idea about the worchestire sauce sounds good. They were edible with lots of ketchup.

This was light and refreshing. I also just used lime juice instead of concentrate. I used strawberries, bananas, pineapple, manderin oranges, kiwi, grapes, and blueberries. I also ommitted the almonds, because I didn't have any.
