made as is except dried basil instead of fresh. yummy, great reviews from guests! i accidentally added the cheese/topping prior to baking; it actually came out deelish. think i'll make this again but w/ whipped cream cheese.

Thai Curry Soup

Reviewed on Jun. 16, 2009 by Noodles
Amazing - incredible - delicious - wow. This is my favorite recipe on this site so far, both for the fact that I followed it almost exactly and that it turned out incredibly like the 'authentic' versions I've had before. I can see this becoming a regular part of my routine. The best part is the fluidity with the veggies and meat. You can really change it up, but I would recommend keeping the base consistent. Thank you Kaeli!!!

Cream of Fresh Tomato Soup

Reviewed on Jun. 10, 2009 by Noodles
This was very good, but after lots of changes: 4 large tomatoes, peeled, celery seed and basil, and only 1 3/4 c milk. Also pureed the veggies after cooking and added all back to pot. Could have used more tomato flavor - next time I'll probably use 6 or even 8 tomatoes.
