I hate onions, peppers, eggplant, and pretty much any vegetable that isn't green or starchy. I can't eat spicy foods. I love salty and rich foods. My friend's mom said that I have what they call a "cat's tongue" in Vietnam - other people tell me that I'm a "super taster." In any event, the picky eating habits have greatly contributed to my need to cook. That and my husband sucks at it and adores my cooking.

Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

This recipe is absolutely delicious! I browned the pork chops in the bacon grease per other reviews and the taste was amazing. The smoked gouda really made this recipe. I think I will try apples next time like the other reviewers suggested. I will be making this again!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

What a great recipe. This is good comfort food. :) I added some carrots and pepper. It came out perfect. Also, before I put the dough in I shredded the chicken. BF liked it that way much better than the whole breast of chicken! YUM!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

DELICIOUS! I followed some of the other reviews and shredded my chicken. I also used ranch dressing since we don't like blue cheese. We had some friends over for dinner and they said this is the best pizza they've ever had. From now on we're making our own!!! I'm definitely making this again.
