This was REALLY a tasty recipe. I added onion and snow peas and some salt since my cashews were unsalted, OH and I def cooked this in a pan on the stove! :) I loooved it. My son is a full flown vegetarian by choice (and only 3.5 I might add, lol) and ate the chicken in this recipe which him eating chicken well is basically unheard of, dunno hes ever had it, hes refused. My 20m old and husband also loooved this. :) I say YUMMY!

Chewiest Brownies

Reviewed on Jan. 21, 2007 by BSBLINZ25
Hrm...not digging this recipe. I wanted to like it, maybe I should have cooked mine longer but I followed the 30 min rule. When I took them out I let them cool about an hour or so, and cut into them. They tasted like pure batter, def chewy but almost TOO chewy since it was literally smooshy. Maybe if they would have cookied longer theyd be ok, but Im not sure I dug the taste either. Blah!

Portobello Penne Pasta Casserole

Love this recipe!! I used Unflavored Soy Milk instead of milk and it was rich and yummy, but not overpowering. This recipe was unique but really a pleasant taste! Will def make it again.
