Easy Turkey Tetrazzini

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2009
This was pretty good - I liked it, picky kids fussed. It was a little dry though so I would increase the sauce next time. I substituted french fried onions on top instead of parmeasan cheese and used homemade yougurt from this site instead of sour cream. That gave it a nice tang which, combined with the onions was a good flavor.

Chocolate Scotcheroos

This recipe was great! Although I did make a couple of changes: I added about 1/2 cup more peanut butter, and did 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips to 1 cup chocolate chips. But, other than that it was great!

I personally didn't eat this. I made it to bring to a dinner party. It did get high raves. Everyone seemed to love it. My family said is was awesome. I used carrot cake mix instead of spice.

Fudge Puddles

Devine!! My son went nuts over them! They are a bit time consuming, but worth the effort. I ended up with way to much chocolate filling. Next time I will make half as much of the chocolate. I topped with peanut butter chips. Very sinfull!!

This was good. I don't think it was over the top. But the sauce was easy to make. The taste of the sauce was good. Just not sure if I want to run and make this again.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Good base recipe. I couldn't leave it alone. I added shallots, mushrooms, and white wine. I also added some old bay seasoning. Also added clams in the shell. Last five min. I topped with Italian bread crumbs and Italian cheese. Served with a side of Linguini. Very good. Son who doesn't even like seafood, ate it all up!

Very tasty. I wish the 'surprise' would of went down more into the middle of the cupcake. But still very good. I topped with cream cheese frosting.

Very easy and very good. I did add some more seasonings such as Italian Seasoning and basi. I did add some thinly sliced onions to top before putting in oven.

Original Irish Cream

We loved this! I Used 1/4 c. heavy cream and 3/4 c. half and half. I heated the half and half added the coffee granules, chocolate syrup, vanilla and almond extracts and mixed it well. I used 2 tsp. vanilla and 1/8 tsp. almond extract, and only 1 c. of whiskey. Fabulous!

This was soooo good! I used cinnamon mini crossiants cut in half. The croissants have cinnamon sugar and walnuts in the middle so because they are already sweet I cut the brown sugar in half, it was perfect! Thanks SANDIPANTS ♥

Prosciutto Wrapped Melon balls

Reviewed: Oct. 16, 2009
I don't like it with honeydew melon. Tried it with the cantaloupe like others suggested. So yummy. Guests gobbled them up. You can really play with the presentation. I do a melon ball with a prosciutto bundle on a tooth pick or just sliced in cubed and wrapped in the prosciutto. Minus the honeydew i would give this recipe 5 stars.
