Garlic and Herb Cream Cheese

Reviewed on May 11, 2008 by Soifua
We really enjoyed this recipe. It was great with some wheat thins and also ritz crackers. I did add 2 tablespoons of milk hoping that it could still be spreadable while it was still cold, but it didn't happen. Maybe the milk helped soften the dry herbs, I didn't have any problems with it. Will definitely make this again. *not recommended for parties in which people want to impress others, but great for family and such - fantastic for garlic lovers :o)

Hard Chocolate Glaze

Reviewed on May 8, 2008 by Soifua
Very easy to work with. I used this glaze to coat the cake balls (from this site) and they set up wonderfully and when out of the refridgerator for a little bit it's still firm but soft, if that makes any sense. I've used it three times already and will use it more.

Black Bean Soft Tacos

Reviewed on Apr. 30, 2008 by Soifua
We love these. I cheat and use salsa instead of the canned tomatoes and chiles (and we don't use the avocado). I usually make a big batch and any leftovers can get rolled into burritos and frozen for a quick meal.
