Low-Fat Corn Muffins

Just baked these and WOW, these are amazing! I finally have a low fat bread to eat with dinner or for a lunch. I can't believe what the applesauce does for recipes. Thank you so much. I would love more recipes like this!

Candy Bar Fudge

I've been making this fudge recipe minus the candy for years. Everyone loves it! This recipe inspired to give an old recipe a new makeover! I added Jr. Mints to mine! Yum!
