Chicken Piccata with Artichoke Hearts

Very good. I added extra garlic cloves, but I always do. Whole family enjoyed it. I made the sauce ahead of time and just reheated it when the pasta was done

Onion Rings

Good! Seasoned the batter with old bay. Used my deep fryer at 350. I also reheated the left overs the next day in the convection oven and the crisped back up.

Orange Juice Chicken

This turned out very good. Contrary to other reviews it had plenty of flavor. One change I made was to let the fish soak in the OJ for just a bit before prep. Would do it again.

Perfect Turkey

I cooked this for Thanksgiving this year and it was the best oven turkey I've cooked yet. The only thing I did different was bake breast side up because I didn't think I'd be able to get it turned back over with out a huge mess and it still turned out wonderful! This is one of the most moist turkeys I've ever tasted. I'm not a huge turkey fan and I really enjoyed the flavor. Thank you for the wonderful recipe.

Shrimp Scampi Bake

I made this as a side for Christmas Dinner. Served with prime rib. I skewered the shrimps and poured the sauce over them and baked as per instructions. Made a wonderful side dish to my meal. (Prime Rib) I'm only giving it 4 stars because they weren't out of this world mind blowing for me. I think next time I will try spicy mustard. Overall a good recipe.

Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach Blue Cheese and Bacon

Although I didn't have bacon OR blue cheese, this recipe still came out fantastically! I substituted spreadable Swiss and grated Asiago cheese. The boyfriend and I both felt it would have been too salty with both bacon and blue cheese, but I might still try the original recipe. I also butterflied the chicken, rather than pounding it flat.

Chicken Chimi in the Oven

Yum these were so good!! I was a little hesitant about putting in cinnamon, but did it anyway. It tasted perfect with sour cream!! I froze the leftover filling and my husband wants me to make them again already.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Super easy. Super quick. I took some leftovers to work for lunch and shared with a co-worker. For the rest of the week, he kept talking about it. One evening, he called me at home asking me for the recipe. I pointed him here. He made it that night! When I made this recipe, I used a mild salsa so everyone in the family could eat it. I probably could have used a medium salsa. I also added chick peas. I'll probably do with them next time. Thanks.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies I

When I saw this recipe, I knew I had to try it!! I love pumpkin and I love chocolate, so this was pretty much perfect to me. So moist from the extra scoop of pumpkin I added, but other than that I followed to recipe exactly as written. Delicious!!
