This was not good at all.It was heavy and not good for sandwiches. I tried it twice to see if it was me. I will stick to tried and true.

A tasty treat. I used a pastry tube to add a swirl of peanut butter to each one- it was soooo good!

Good stuff. I did add a whole bunch of old bay in the end though. I did not feel like it was spicy enough.

I did not like this recipe but I think it was a matter of taste, rather then the recipe itself.

This was really yummy although mine was a tad doughy in the middle (I should've flattened it a bit more I think..) and I threw in some dried cherries, blueberries and cranberries for an extra kick in each bite. My kids loved it too. =) Thanks for the recipe!

Hot Cross Buns

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2009
Not bad, Not bad. This was my very first Hot Cross Buns experience.... never tasted them, never made them. I don't eat eggs, so I substituted Ener-G in place (that worked out great). Overall, they were pretty good. I can't make the cross look good to save my life (haha), but the bun part was good. I decided to use a plain glaze instead of an orange glaze. Extra glaze is a must.

Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Lasagna

Reviewed: Apr. 9, 2009
I followed this recipe to a "T" and wasn't impressed...time consuming is true but for an awesome lasagna that would be okay. The sauce tasted like Tuna Helper's Creamy Broccoli (without the broccoli and tuna of course). Not BAD but I could spend less money on a box of Tuna Helper than I did making this...Otherwise the Lasagna did hold up well although it did overflow a lil out of my 9x13 pan - put your lasagna pan on a big cookie sheet and you won't have to clean your oven at least. =)

Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2009
I made this with my brand new Cuisinart ice cream maker, and I made it the nigh before and it was in the refrigerator for over 15 hours and I had to stir it a bit, but it froze in under 20 minutes and I put it in the freezer from then. It came out perfectly, it's very rich, but very soft and it has a wonderful texture. I definitely will make this again. Thanks for the wonderful recipe.

Persian Sabzi Polo (Herb Rice with Fava Beans)

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
I love Sabzi Polo! When I prepare the rice I rinse it then put it in boiling water for 5-8 minutes, drain rice in a strainer, dry pot out with a towel and pour the vegetable oil on the bottom, mix rice with herbs & favas then transfer rice to pot and cook on low for 45 minutes. Make sure to wrap a towel around the pot lid so it absorbs the water that would fall back in the rice otherwise, try it trust me it makes a difference.
