MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2009
This is by far the best brownie I have ever had! I only had a cup of chocolate chips so I substituted with baking chocolate, it came out great. I also added walnuts. I will definitely experiment with this one. Thanks!

aside from the cooking time being a little over ( should have been 8-10 min) the cookie tasted delicous

Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2009
The flavor was delicous. I love sweet so it worked for me, although it was soggy and i cooked it for the full amount of time. Maybe because i could only fit 12 slices of bread, and i used the full amount of egg. But it still tasted good soggy or not, although i wish it had a little crunch to it.

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2009
Really liked this recipe. I just did the meatballs since I already had some marinara sauce but next time I'm going to make the entire recipe. The meatballs were delicious, and I liked how you could cook the meatballs along with the sauce.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Sep. 10, 2009
This is really good. I deep fried my tortilla's instead of cooking them in the oven. I did not add extra sugar to the fruit and used raspberry jam. The slightly tart taste of the fruit paired with the sweet chips was great.

Apple Strudel Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
I took the advice of others and grated an apple and chopped another, as well as adding 1 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 tsp of nutmeg. These muffins were fantastic! The flavor was just right, not too sweet, not overpowering in the least. We had them about 5-10 minutes after they'd finished baking and they were divine. Definitely a keeper.

Pasta Shells with Portobello Mushrooms and Asparagus in Boursin Sauce

Reviewed: Sep. 4, 2009
Only thing I changed was Chicken instead of Asparagus. Not bad but everyone in my family only said 3 stars which I agreed with...next time instead of following the submitted recipe, I'll try the notes that other members posted (like using herb Boursin instead of peppercorn).

Soft Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2009
I love this recipe because the cookies come out soft and chewy. I have had bad experiences with chocolate cookies in the past coming out hard or biscuit -like. This is also the perfect recipe to experiment with. I added white chocolate toffee and it was delicious. Note, these are very sweet and chocolately. Next time I will try to reduce the sugar.

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

delicous. My new recipe for enchiladas! I don't mind all the work because i love to cook, i do although, think they are waay to big in size, i could only eat half, so next time i might use smaller tortillas, and make several instead of 5 big ones. Thanks for the great recipe!

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2009
Quick, easy, tasty! Suprisingly, Incredibly tasty. Therefore, 5 STARS HERE! I used lots of fresh cilantro instead of oregano too and ended up doubling my sauce. I was looking for a chicken taco recipe, thought I'd end up roasting chile's, prepping and cooking all day. Glad I spared myself. I'm thinking this would make a great base for tequila lime chicken fettucine too. Thank you and no wonder the reviews keep coming. I'm going to try hard corn shell with this too. I raved to my hubby for days.
