About me:
I am happily married with children. I love spending time with friends & family, having dinner parties or game nights. Wine Tasting is a great way to meet different types of people and it's something that my friends & I look forward to doing once a year. In our spare time, my husband, the kids & I spend time at our home in San Felipe, Mexico or out at the Sand Dunes of Imperial Valley, California.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed on Jul. 1, 2009 by MegBiery
I stuck to the recipe as is, and it turned out DELICIOUS! The house was filled with warm, yummy smells all day. This is comfort food at it's finest! The only reason I gave it four stars is because while it is big on flavor, the chicken and dumplings end up looking like a weird mush. Don't be turned off by how it looks though, the taste is well worth it.

Sour Cream Marinated Chicken I

Reviewed on Jun. 23, 2009 by LAURENRUTH
The recipe in and of itself is not good, but omit the vinegar completely and you have a winner! I made this chicken last night, and before I added the vinegar to the marinade I tasted (hint hint) what I was mixing. Finding it very tasty, I left it at that. The vinegar would've ruined the whole thing. So, 5 stars for the recipe without the vinegar, 2 stars for what could have happened if I didn't know what I was doing.

Whit's Chicken Enchiladas

Reviewed on Jun. 17, 2009 by Chely
I would refer to these as chimichangas or flautas NOT enchiladas. Whatever you want to call them, they are awfully rich and just okay in my book.- Would not make again.
