Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
This was yummy, however a little tricky to work with (even after overnight refrigeration).

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
I had been trying forever to recreate Coco's Harvest Pie. This is the closest that I have found for the mousse topping that goes on top of the pumpkin pie. My hubby and I cannot get enough of this stuff! Yum Yum Yum. And It keeps for about a week in the fridge.

Red Velvet Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2008
I Love, Love, Love this cake. It's simple and delicious. Just make sure when it says beat well, you really beat it for a long, long time. The Cooked Frosting is one I lost many years ago, and was trying to find it again. I'm so happy to have found it here. Thanks for the great recipes.

Aunt Janet's Pumpkin Dump Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2008
I love this recipe. I do tweak it a bit. I add half of the Cake mix into the pumpkin mixture to make a firmer pumpkin base when cooked. Since I used half of the cake mix in the batter I cut back on the Butter to 1/3 cup. Everyone loves it so much that, every time I serve it I have printed out recipes to hand out.

America's Favorite Grilled Cheese Sandwich

Reviewed: Oct. 30, 2008
Since Americans tend to eat too many calories, this sandwich is a good choice. The only change I would make is to substitute the white bread for Whole Wheat or multi-grain, and maybe add another slice of cheese if protein is a concern. Otherwise, it certainly is the "American Sandwich."

Autumn Pear Dessert

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2008
This is the fastest dessert I've ever made, and one of the best tasting! To save even more time, I used canned pears and just followed the recipie as directed, skipping the prep time for the pear. Try this recipie! You won't be sorry! Note: For a asian-spicy taste, use 1/8 tsp. (or to taste) os ground ginger.

Spanish Rice II

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2008
I added some ground beef, (about 1 lb.) along with the 6 suggested ingredients from another user. It turned a very tasty side dish into a main dish. Add a side salad and you have a complete meal.

Madeleines II

Reviewed: May 28, 2008
So awesome, so light, so fluffy, so what a Madeleine should be! I did not have a lemon in the house, so I just added 1/4 tsp. of lemon extract. Bought the madeleine pan at BB&Beyond for close to $12 with coupon!
