Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed on Jul. 9, 2009 by Mikayla
Not that this recipe needs anymore reviews haha. This was my first time ever making a cheesecake and it turned out perfect for the recipe. I didn't alter the ingredients at all. I didn't give it a water bath but put a pan of water on the shelf under the cheesecake to keep it moist. My cheesecake didn't crack at all =] As for taste, I have tasted better but this was pretty good. I like mine to be sweeter though, i'm not sure if the New York style is supposed to not be as sweet as cheesecakes i've had in the past. Thanks for the recipe.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

Reviewed on Jun. 11, 2009 by shamanjon
Wow!Simple and really, really good. I like a bit more tang so I added some lime zest to the mix. Served it at a small party and people wanted to lick the pie pan.

Halibut Supreme

Reviewed on Jun. 11, 2009 by Osider760
Did not care for this very much. I believe it was the Chedder cheese that really made me not like it. I do not feel that I will make this again. A waste to a very good piece of fish. There are many better ways to prepare Halibut.
