Chopped spinach is whipped up in the blender with eggs, bread crumbs, and half-and-half. This is spread in the bottom of a pie pan, and covered with a delicious puree of sweet potatoes and pumpkin spiced up with curry powder, cumin, cinnamon and nutmeg. The two layers are swirled together to create a marble effect, and then the pie is baked for 30 minutes to make an attractive, flavorful quiche.
