This was fabulous. I have made it with leftover chicken and leftover turkey. They were both delicious and I got quite a few compliments. This will become a staple at our house.

This was pretty good. It was a little dry, but I might have over cooked it. It definatly needed nuts though. The spice was very good.

Moist Turkey Burgers

This was a good recipe. The flavor was good as was the recommended cooking time. I did however not saute the onions before hand and per the other reviewers suggestions, I used 1/2 the amount of bread crumbs. I will be using this recipe again.

It felt like something was missing... It was sort of lacking in flavor. And my family just really didn't care for it. Thanks for the recipe tho! :)

Chicken Divan

Reviewed: May 15, 2009
This wasn;t good at all. My husband thought it was ok. I was only able to eat it with saltines crumbled on it, my husband put italian crutonson his. I don't know HOW people thought it was too runny, mine was almost like paste. It tasted like I was eating condensed chicken soup out of the can. To be fair, I've never eaten chicken dian before, maybe it's just not for us.

This was very good, but taking the other reviewers advice I cut the broth by half. I will be making this again, but I will be doubling the spices. It was a little balnd for our tastes.

Hearty Tuna Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
I'm not a giant tuna fan, but my husnabd is and he loved this. I did use the lemon pepper tuna in the pouch and that adds a lot of flavor. I make it with this all the time now. I think it would be lacking flavor if I used regular tuna.

Baked Chicken and Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2008
This is a really good recipe but I have to agree with the other reviewers that it works a lot better if you just put everything into the pan raw. I don't brown the chicken or saute the veggies. Some times I ad some bell pepper for additional flavor, but it is very god as written.

Lemon Blueberry Bread

It was good. I didn't drizzle the glaze over the entire loaf, I just did it on the individual slices and I thought it added a delicious lemony kick. Moist and very east to make. I did have to cook mine for 1 hour 20 minutes though.

Honey Baked Chicken II

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
This was absolutly fantastic. I only needed to cook 4 chicken breasts so I had a lot of sauce left over. We served it over the chicken and poured it over the rice too. We served it with sauteed asparagus. My husband actually said "I can't get enough of the sauce." And with 4 chicken breasts it only took 20 minutes to cook!

Chocolate Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Apr. 21, 2008
I have never had such good chocolate cake. It was moist and rich and WONDERFUL!! I didn't have and cocoa powder, so I used unsweetened chocolate and reduced the butter to 1 1/4 cups. 1 square is equal to 3 Tbsp powder + 1 Tbsp butter. Per the review that suggested reducing the temp, I lowered the temp to 300, but it took 1 hour 40 minutes to cook. I will be following the recipe cooking instructions for next time.

Curried Hummus

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2008
I love curry and thought the curry flavor was delicious, but the lemon juice was really overpowering. I will be cutting it back to 3 or 4 Tbsp next time. I totally lost the flavor of the garlic becuase of the lemon. I have it in the fridge and hope I can finish it, but I might just throw it out.

Ma Bethie's Zucchini Bake

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2008
This was an alright recipe. I used 2 really big zucchini, sliced. I stuck to the recipe pretty close but I used 3 eggs, that's all I had, and garlic powder. The flavors were alright. Nothing spectacular. And it took 45 minutes to cook, not 30. I probably won't make it again.

Lemon Pasta Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
I was not impressed. Made to the recipe I didn't like it at all, though my husband thought that it had "potential". We added 2 tbsp of flour (because it was too runny) and some milk to reduce the overpowering lemon. I then added some mushrooms and tomatos and simmered for about 20 minutes. It was eatable and my husband and father in law thought it was good. We will add garlic and some other spices to make it better next time. It is a good base, but not a finished product at all.
