I've never been a big fan of meatloaf and have never made it until today. This recipe is fabulous! The meat was moist and full or flavor. I used Progresso bread crumbs (garlic & herb) and for the steak sauce I used "Chaka's" MMM Sauce. I also only used half of a small yellow onion and a little less than what it calls for the green pepper. I added some shredded carrot as well. I glazed some extra sauce all over the top of the loaf and it came out nice a crispy, but not crunchy, while the inside was soft and moist. This recipe was perfect and will be sharing it with friends and family! Thank you!
