As others recommended, I substituted Red Enchilada Sauce for the picante sauce and salsa. I added 5 oz. of ground beef and ended up with 10 enchiladas. I decided to freeze four in an 8X8 pan and will cook them at a later time. I thought the recipe was a little bland though my husband enjoyed them.

I absolutely hate pecans and walnuts!!!! I rarely bake with them, so when I was asked to make a pecan pie I came to Allrecipes. This pie is to die for!!! I even ate it. I did overcook it a little but it was Tasty!! Followed the recipe as is and it was great. Thank you

I took these to work last night and they got rave reviews. I rolled into balls after being in the fridge for a few hours then put them in the freezer for an hour or so then dipped in chocolate. YUMMY!!! Who doesn't love the OREO????

I thought this was very good! I added extra garlic, used an extra cup of chicken broth (instead of the water, though I'd recommend using at least two extra cups of broth, if not more), left out the milk and had to leave out the ham as well...(the cat got into the packaging of the ham and I didn't want to eat it after he'd been in it). The soup is definitely good! Even my husband who's not a much of a pea soup fan thought it was pretty good!

I added extra potatoes and carrots and substituted seasoned salt for the regular salt. I'll probably try a different beef stew recipe next time.

I marinated the chicken in the pesto sauce all day and then cooked the chicken when I got home from work. I thought it was okay and easy to assemble, though I doubt I'll make it again.

I didn't have time to brine the hens for the whole two hours. I had to cook these longer than an hour since they were still slightly frozen. But, the dish was good overall.

I enjoyed this pie very much! It has more of a cake texture than a pie texture. It might be good with white chocolate chips in it too. I put a brown sugar strudel on it and used almonds instead of walnuts (since I'm allergic to walnuts). This would be good for a brunch dish as well.

Wonderful soup! I left out the celery and used a couple of sprinkles of celery seed instead. I cooked the soup the night before and added some water the next day because it was a little too thick for me. Very, very good! (And it would probably be good with corn, as others suggested.)

My husband and I really weren't all that impressed with this recipe. I think the chicken needs some seasoning on it...maybe sprinkling the onion soup mix over it would help? We added shredded cheddar cheese to the dish which improved the taste. I had some extra bacon and put some of that over a serving on one plate.
