Sticky Monkey Brains

Very good! I used two cans of the jumbo grand biscuits and made one bundt cake plus two mini bundt cakes. I had to increase the sugar/cinnamon mixture by 50%. Very yummy!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

I thought these were very good enchiladas. I put a little refried beans in flour tortillas along with the chiken mixture and cheese. I made homemade enchilada sauce and poured a thin layer along the bottom of the dish before laying the enchiladas in the pan. Very good!

Cinnamon-Raisin Coffee Cake

Good coffee cake...I used dried cranberries instead of raisins and raspberry yogurt instead of plain yogurt. It turned out just fine and was very easy to assemble.
