About me:
I love to be with my family in a kitchen cooking all kinds of different foods. I like traveling and getting foods I wouldnt normally try and if I really like a dish I try to make one of my own at my house.

Yum.. I always make them just like this but I also add a little paprika and garlic powder in the mix!.. I served this with spiced apples and mac-n-cheese! Yummy!

Bubba's Jambalaya

I used 1lb of shimp instead of chicken and ham and 1lb of hot Italian sausage. This came out a bit spicy but we liked it quite a bit! I also let the sauce simmer a lot longer since my homemade shrimp stock was frozen. We love seafood; oh and I didn't forget the bacon! Thanks for the delicious recipe. :)
