This sweet tea is found in houses, churches, and cafes all over the great state of Alabama. If you're north of the Mason-Dixon, you've NEVER had tea this good! Fresh-squeezed lemon, lime, or orange juice can be added for an extra flavor.

This recipe tastes best with a Hawaiian style BBQ sauce, but if one isn't available, just use your own favorite. Every time I fix this, everyone LOVES it! There are usually no leftovers.

This authentic Mexican recipe I picked up while living in Mexico. It has a spicy, smoky flavor from chipotle peppers. It is perfect for a buffet where people can serve themselves and even better heated up as leftovers the next day! If this is too spicy for you, try using less chipotle peppers.

This is one of those recipes that cooks love because it's quick, easy and inexpensive. Brown sugar adds a touch of sweetness. In addition to rolls, the beef mixture is tasty over rice, biscuits or baked potatoes. -Laurie Hauser, Rochester, New York

Dill Gazpacho

This refreshing soup originates from Spain and is served ice cold. The base of the soup is made with fresh tomatoes, cucumber and peppers. For a smoother soup, puree more than half of the vegetables. If you prefer it chunky - don't puree them at all. It's even better if you can leave this soup overnight to allow the flavors to develop.

Apple Pie II

You get twice the apple goodness with this recipe. Golden Delicious apples are sliced and cooked in a pan with apple juice, butter and sugar until tender. A bit of cornstarch is added to thicken it. Then the filling is poured into the bottom crust, covered with the top crust, and baked until golden brown.
