BLT Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2009
This was good but our family did not eat it before it went bad. Definitely let it sit for a few hours before eating, it was not good at all before letting it sit.

this is my new favorite rice to serve with mexican food.super tasty! if serving to little ones make sure the jalapenos aren't too spicy before you add them, not that it stopped my three year old, she just kept a glass of milk nearby!

Fresh Strawberry Pie I

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2009
I took this pie to work and its was gone by the time I went home. But, personally, I think there was too much Jello. The pie reminded me a bit of a Jello fruit salad. So next time I'll just ease up on the "glaze" a little.

Eclair Cake

I made two of these for work. The first I followed the recipe exactly, and the other I followed another reviewrs suggention and used Cheesecake pudding and chocolate grahms. The first was Wonderful and was gone rather quickly! The second was dubed the "Moon Pie" cake and became a vanishing act in its own right! There are many possibilities with this! Thank you so much for posting it!

Strawberry Glazed Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 30, 2009
I used the glaze for strawberry shortcakes. The only thing I did different was cut the cornstarch down to 1 1/2 tbsp. and the gelatin to 2 tbsp. When I first made it, I thought it was too thick even for pie. Tasted delicious. I will never buy glaze from the store again!

Caramel for Apples

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
I followed another reviewr's suggestion to keep heating the mixture after the cream and butter are added and I have to say it was perfect! The only thing I would suggest for first time candy makers is: Stir it only enough to keep it from burning. The more you stir the slower its going to heat up! A wonderful recipie! and more the perfect for apples!!!!
