About me:
 I just recently got married in November 2006. My husband and i have one son who is 2 years old he is such a joy and the funniest kid around. We just moved to Lake Elsinore, California and it is taking some getting used to because now i live near the lake and mountains and before i used to live in the city. Oh another thing is my son refuses to eat most of the food i serve him so i like to look for healthy recipes for muffins and breads (zucchini bread, banana bread even pear bread) to give him so he can have some vegetables.

Sweet Corn Bread

The absolute best corn bread i have ever eaten!!! made it on halloween with chili....everyone couldn't get over how incredible it was. i made it with 1/2 cup sugar as the others suggested and it was phenomenal!!!!

Turkey Pot Pie

This reciped was awesome. I had tons of leftover turkey and this worked great. I actually made it twice in one week because my husband loved it so much. I made simple changes to adjust for what i had in the pantry. I prefer pot pies without potatoes so i omitted that. i also had no bouillon, so i used 1 can of chicken broth and omitted the water. it was the best pot pie we have ever tried!!

Smoked Sausage and Zucchini Saute

I changed this recipe slightly and my family loved it. My husband said the flavors were wonderful. I chopped the onion instead of mincing it, and I added a clove of garlic minced. I also used a salt free seasoning and some fresh basil.
