About me:
I moved to the San Diego area about 6 years ago from Madison, WI. It was a big move for me and ended up changing my life. I got a great job, met some great friends and was introduced to an amazing guy that is now my husband. Before San Diego I had never had Indian or Thai food, an avocado or a fish taco; now I couldn't live without any of the above.

I did not care for this recipe; the flavor was so overwhelming that I couldn't even taste the tuna when all was said and done.

Almond Biscotti

Reviewed on Feb. 23, 2008 by Cerise
This was my first time making biscotti and they came out very doughy. I think one less egg would have been better. Flavor is okay but they are more like bleb-scottis.

Italian-Style Swiss Chard

Reviewed on Feb. 21, 2008 by Jeremey Burns
I don't know what I could have done wrong, considering this recipe has so many good reviews. This was like eating kelp off of the beach. The salt taste was everywhere, nothing else came through. I might try this again, but not put the salt in with the water when boiling. Maybe next time...
