Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
This was excellent. The only thing I changed was that I dredged the chicken in flour before I put it in the pan. I loved this chicken and it will become a staple in our household.

Baked Pork Chops II

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
My husband really liked this. He said it was tender and tasted great (I don't eat meat so I have to take his word for it). He said that it didn't need all the tomato sauce so next time I will just use it in the pan for moisture and flavor. For those that complained about it being dried out, you have to keep foil wrapped tight on top. There is no way to dry out meat with all this moisture if you keep it wrapped.

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
I gave this a 3 instead of a 4 or 5 because it really isn't worth the extra work. It is very delicious but the poster went a little extreme on the process. You do not need to go through all of this to have an incredible lasagna.

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2009
I loved the orange/lemon sauce. However, after trying Orange Roughy for the first time, I have realized I don't care for it. So next time I think I will try this with a different white fish. Super easy though!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2009
Ok, for htose of you that didn't like this recipe, I have some suggestions. First, buy really thick boneless chops. At least an inch thick. Second, double the sauce. Third, cut back on the soy sauce and also add some apricot preserves and some honey to sweeten it up. Also if you have a newer crock pot, you only need about 4-5 hours on low to get juicy, tender chops. Lastly,I added cornstarch to the sauce which thickened it up nicely! Serve with brown rice and this meal is to die for!

Seasoned Turkey Burgers

Very good. Probably a little to onion-ie for my likely. But, overall very good. I did use the extra lean ground turkey and it was a little dry. However, I suspect if you use just lean turkey and cook at a lower heat you wouldn't have this problem.

Baked Honey Mustard Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2009
I thought this was a great way to spice up boring chicken. I did follow a fe suggestions. First, I used dijon mustard, halved the paprika, and doubled the sauce. I also marinated it for 3 hours before hand. Make sure to cover the chicken with foil for the first 30 mins, it makes it so juicy and tender :)
