Simple BBQ Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2009
OMG! Cannot praise this recipe enough. I followed the recipe to the T and used pork baby back ribs as one of the reviwers suggested. I also used Sweet Baby Ray's Honey Chipotle BBQ sauce, almost the entire bottle since I decided to brush them half-way through the baking process. They were done after 1 hr 15 mins. Simply delish and oh-so-simple. I will always make my ribs this way!!! Thank you so much for sharing :)

Love these meatballs! I'll be using this regularly in my meal planning. Boyfriend and son really liked the meatball subs. Only thing, next time I'll try making my own sauce vs. store-bought. Thanks for sharing.

This was great! Chicken was super-moist and the taste was simply delish. I followed the advice of another reviewer and added a couple of teaspoonfuls of light mayo for my kid, boyfriend and child loved it! Quite easy to throw together too. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing!

What an awesome and easy recipe. I followed everything exactly just to see how it turned out on its own, very yummy. Next time, I will try some of the variations other reviewers used, just to mix it up a bit. Thank you so much for sharing!

Simple Ranch Chicken Macaroni Salad

This is great. I love that you can make this ahead. I took some of the other reviewer's advice and added my own real chicken chunks. I omitted the olives, but that's only because I didn't have them on hand. I think I've found myself a keeper with this recipe. Thanks for sharing!

This was very easy to make and pretty good, I must say. Some more flavor wouldn't hurt, next time I'll try some of the suggestions some of the other reviwers mentioned. All in all, this is a good and quick meal to make for a weeknight dinner.

Pumpkin Pie Bars by EAGLE BRAND®

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2008
These have a great flavor and I love the nuts in the crust. You definitely need to spray the pan, as it is impossible to get "bars" out. The crust completely sticks to the bottom of the pan, even with all the butter. I too used Pumpkin pie spice instead of the other spices.

Caramel-Glazed Flan

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2007
I made this exactly as the recipe requires and it turned out great. The only thing is when taking it out of the fridge; it might be a good idea to put it in warm water before turning over. To make sure the caramel is not hard. Other than that one addition it was great. Whoever said the caramel was watery did not know what they were talking about it was at perfect consistency as well as the flan itself that needed to sit out to set as with any flan before being refrigerated. This is a great recipe for anyone even first timers.
