I took the suggestions an added the diced tomatoes w/ chili's.MMMmmmm!!! There is only 2 of us at home, so I froze the left overs, and it's great to take to work for lunch or eat for dinner when I just don't feel like cooking!! I'm taking it to a family BBQ today, and I KNOW it'll be a hit!

Easy Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2008
Okay, i can never follow a recipe to a "T" unless I'm baking, but even so, this chicken and dumplings was great!!! I did add 1 1/2 diced potatoes, 1/2 cup of frozen corn, and 1 cup of non fat milk to the broth w/ some flour to make it a tad bit thicker, oh, and I increased the broth to 32 ounces of chicken broth. What can i say, I love it soupy, and it actually turned out perfect!!!

Recipe makes a TON! May want to half it. Tailored to the spicy tongue so it was a little hard for me to eat but I loved it. Hubby gobbled it easily. Used all shrimp, no scallops. Thank you!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
At first I was a little doubtful because the marinade didn't smell yummy. I ended up having to marinate the shrimp overnight instead of an hour and when I opened the bag up for grilling it smelled scrumptious!! Cooked even better. Thanks!

Good recipe! My husband REALLY liked it... I on the other hand didn't care too much about the canned tomatoes, but that's just personal preference. Next time i'll try fresh tomatoes... thanks for a good & easy recipe!

World's Best Key Lime Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2008
Great recipe, though I like my version a little better, I used a half cup of a mix of lemon and lime juice, 10 oz of whipped topping, and14 oz of the condensed milk, I also used my own pie crust, using 10 and a half honey-maid graham crackers, 1/3 cup of melted butter, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, mix all of it in a food processer, then cook at 375 for 6 min, hope this helps

Butter Cream Frosting II

Reviewed: Jul. 11, 2008
The taste of this frosting is good. It was pretty sweet... and it got even sweeter since I had to add several cups of confectioner's sugar to make it suitable for decorating.I also added two table spoons of merigue powder. I was a little disapointed in this though, because I was not expecting to have to add so much sugar.

Italian Style Pork Chops

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2008
Wonderful! I used thin-sliced pork chops and substituted half the saltine crackers for 1 packet of Shake N' Bake Extra Crispy mix. I also put a thin layer of the finished dry mix on the baking pan before laying down the chops. After I put the chops down, I added more dry mix to the top of them. I also used the buttermilk/margarine advice! Yum-my!!
