Cajun Seafood Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
Recipe makes a TON! May want to half it. Tailored to the spicy tongue so it was a little hard for me to eat but I loved it. Hubby gobbled it easily. Used all shrimp, no scallops. Thank you!

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2008
At first I was a little doubtful because the marinade didn't smell yummy. I ended up having to marinate the shrimp overnight instead of an hour and when I opened the bag up for grilling it smelled scrumptious!! Cooked even better. Thanks!

VERY Sensational!! Definitely a hit with friends. The butcher was nice enough to cut the top sirloin into perfect squares for me too!

Sorry. This was a little bland and not thick enough for my taste. Still ate it but I won't make it again.

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2008
I grew up hating meatloaf but this recipe ROCKS!! Feel free to use the whole ranch seasoning - I did by accident and it was still good.

Chicken Jambalaya I

Good recipe! My husband REALLY liked it... I on the other hand didn't care too much about the canned tomatoes, but that's just personal preference. Next time i'll try fresh tomatoes... thanks for a good & easy recipe!

World's Best Key Lime Pie

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2008
Great recipe, though I like my version a little better, I used a half cup of a mix of lemon and lime juice, 10 oz of whipped topping, and14 oz of the condensed milk, I also used my own pie crust, using 10 and a half honey-maid graham crackers, 1/3 cup of melted butter, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar, mix all of it in a food processer, then cook at 375 for 6 min, hope this helps

Super easy and good! What a great dish to make on those busy evenings. I didn't have cauliflower or celery handy but everything else tasted great. The hubby asked that I include this in our monthly recipe rotation. Thanks!
