Teena's Overnight Southern Buttermilk Biscuits

Reviewed on Jul. 12, 2008 by ADRI122
Really good and easy. I used butter flavor shortening, and brushed w/ melted butter when they came out of the oven. If you don't have self-rising flour, add 1 1/2t of baking powder and 1/4 to 1/2t salt to each cup of all purpose flour.

Never Fail Applesauce Spice Cake

Reviewed on Jul. 6, 2008 by ADRI122
So, so good. Substituted 3 bananas (put thru food processor) for the apple sauce, and 1/4 tsp mace for the allspice. Made into cupcakes and baked for 25 min. Delish!

Crab Crusted Grouper

Reviewed on Jun. 11, 2008 by chefsazy
This was very good. I used orange roughy. I baked for about 20 minutes then broiled for the last few to brown the top. Next time, I'll put a bit less mozzarella. I did double the jalapeno as another reviewer suggested. And, instead of using Parmesan flavored bread crumbs I used half Italian bread crumbs and half Romano cheese. Will definitely make again. Thank you for this unusual and elegant recipe!
